Please read these Sky Exchange terms and conditions carefully before registering for a Sky Exchange ID or using any services on skyexchangee.org. By creating an account or placing a bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Definitions
In these Sky Exchange terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- “Sky Exchange” / “We” / “Us”– refers to the operators of skyexchangee.org and all services offered under the Sky Exchange brand.
- “Platform”– refers to the website skyexchangee.org, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions and any associated services.
- “User” / “You” / “Member”– refers to any individual who registers for a Sky Exchange ID or accesses any part of our platform.
- “Sky Exchange ID” / “Betting ID”– refers to the unique account credentials issued to a registered member to access the Sky Exchange login portal and place bets.
- “Account Balance”– refers to the total funds held in your Sky Exchange member account available for betting or withdrawal.
- “Back Bet”– a wager placed in favour of a specific outcome occurring.
- “Lay Bet”– a wager placed against a specific outcome occurring, acting as the bookmaker.
- “Session Bet”– a form of in-play cricket betting based on runs scored in a specific over or session period.
- “KYC”– Know Your Customer verification process used to confirm a user’s identity and age eligibility.
Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use Sky Exchange and obtain a Sky Exchange ID, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of ageor the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must be accessing Sky Exchange from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must be a human individual — corporate entities, bots and automated scripts are not permitted to register.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of Sky Exchange or its associated operators.
- You must not have been previously banned or suspended from Sky Exchange or any related platform.
Important: By registering for a Sky Exchange ID, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to engage in online betting. If we discover that a user is underage, the account will be closed immediately, all funds forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
Account Registration & Sky Exchange ID
Every user who wishes to place bets or access the Sky Exchange member dashboard must first obtain a Sky Exchange ID. The registration process is as follows:
- Contact our team via WhatsApp or the registration form on skyexchangee.org to request a Sky Exchange Betting ID.
- Provide your full name, active mobile number and date of birth.
- Our support team will create your account and deliver your login credentials securely via WhatsApp, typically within minutes.
- Use your credentials to complete theSky Exchange loginat skyexchangee.org/login and access your member dashboard.
- Complete KYC verification when requested to unlock full account features and higher withdrawal limits.
Account Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for your Sky Exchange account and must:
- Keep your username and password strictly confidential — never share your Sky Exchange ID credentials with any third party.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure all personal information provided during registration is accurate, current and truthful.
- Maintain only one account per person– duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Keep your registered mobile number active so we can reach you for account verification and support.

Withdrawals
Members can withdraw their available account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

Sky Exchange reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Betting Rules
All bets placed on Sky Exchange are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you accept these conditions in full.

Back Bets
Bets placed in favour of an outcome. Winnings are calculated as stake × (odds − 1). Settled after the official result is declared.
Lay Bets
Bets placed against an outcome - you act as the bookmaker. Liability is capped at the maximum exposure shown before bet confirmation
Session Bets (Cricket)
In-play cricket bets on over-by-over or session run totals. Markets are suspended during wickets and official breaks.
Bet Settlement
Bets are settled using official results from the relevant sports governing body. Sky Exchange's decision on settlement is final.
Minimum Bet
The minimum stake per bet is ₹100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Abandoned & Void Markets
If a match is abandoned or a market is declared void, all stakes are returned to the member's account
In-Play Betting
Sky Exchange offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, tennis and other sports. In-play odds change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation. Sky Exchange accepts no responsibility for delays caused by your internet connection that may result in bets being placed at odds different from those intended.
Market Suspension
Markets may be suspended at any time during a live event – for example, during a wicket, goal, injury, or official timeout. Bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended. Any bet requests submitted during a suspension period will be cancelled and stakes returned.
Bonuses & Promotions
Sky Exchange may offer bonuses, welcome credits, referral rewards or promotional offers to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus offer has specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements and expiry dates which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses can only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Sky Exchange reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if misuse or abuse is detected.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – they must first meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Placing bets below the minimum odds stated in the bonus terms will not count towards wagering requirements.
- Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, pattern betting or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sky Exchange and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings and permanent ban from the platform:
Violation of any of the rules below will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. Sky Exchange takes fraud prevention extremely seriously.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one Sky Exchange ID is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
- Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Account sharing: Sharing your Sky Exchange login credentials with another person or allowing others to bet on your account.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other members to manipulate market outcomes or guarantee profits through matched betting strategies that exploit Sky Exchange odds.
- Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotions, referral schemes or welcome offers in bad faith.
- Money laundering: Using Sky Exchange to process, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to place bets or access the platform without authorisation.
- Market manipulation: Attempting to influence the outcome of any market through fraudulent means.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits or winnings through your payment provider without first contacting Sky Exchange support.
Responsible Gaming
Sky Exchange is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. We offer the following tools and resources to help members manage their betting activity:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap on your account to control your spending. Contact our support team to activate this feature.
- Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day or week. Your account will be restricted from further betting once the limit is reached.
- Cool-off period: Take a short break from betting (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
- Self-exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from Sky Exchange. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration requested.
- Reality check reminders: Set time-based notifications that remind you how long you have been active in a session.

Intellectual Property
All content on skyexchangee.org – including but not limited to the Sky Exchange brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, odds data, software and betting interfaces – is the exclusive intellectual property of Sky Exchange and its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission from Sky Exchange. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use skyexchangee.org solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Sky Exchange provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Exchange and its operators, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from the outcome of bets placed on the platform
- Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues or system errors that prevent bet placement or settlement
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of skyexchangee.org
- Errors in odds, market data or results displayed on the platform that are subsequently corrected
Sky Exchange’s total liability to any individual member for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Sky Exchange terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of skyexchangee.org or these terms that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory.
Sky Exchange operates its services for users who access the platform voluntarily and in accordance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Sky Exchange is legal in the territory from which you access the platform. Sky Exchange accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting is restricted or prohibited.
Amendments to These Terms
Sky Exchange reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered members via WhatsApp or email where appropriate.
Continued use of skyexchangee.org or your Sky Exchange account after any update to these terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our platform and request account closure through our support team.
